These Terms of Use (the Terms) set out the conditions for using the iOS app 15cam (the App), provided by StratAIX (we, us, or our). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on this page.
The App is provided through the App Store. The terms set by Apple also govern your relationship with Apple.
The App is an entertainment app for enjoying the experience of taking photographs. Its 15 cameras rebuild photographic procedures from different eras for the App; they do not recreate products or models of particular companies. Every name used in the App refers to an era.
The App allows one free photo per camera per day. The date of use is stored on your device, and you can take another photo when the date changes. We may change this allowance at our discretion.
The App sells one-time, non-consumable products through App Store in-app purchase: individual unlocks for the 14 cameras through 2008, and an unlock for all 15 cameras. There is no subscription.
The price is the price displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. A purchased item can be enabled again through Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account.
Payments, refunds, and all other procedures are governed by Apple's terms. We cannot issue refunds directly for payments completed through the App Store. This does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.

You decide how to handle photos taken with the App. The App only processes photos on your device, and we do not obtain them.
When choosing subjects and deciding whether to publish photos, please comply with portrait rights and other third-party rights, as well as the rules of the place where you take them.
When using the App, you must not violate laws or public order and morals; modify, analyze, or improperly operate the App's program or stored data; obtain unintended benefits by exploiting defects in the App; or infringe our rights or the rights of third parties.
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the App and its programs, images, audio, text, and design belong to us or the rightful owners. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly transmit them beyond personal use.
You may capture or record the App's interface and distribute or post those recordings, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. However, do not represent the App as having been made by anyone other than us.
Photos taken with the App belong to you.
We may change the App's content or suspend or discontinue its provision without prior notice to you. We are liable for damage caused to you as a result only to the extent set out in the following Article.
We do not warrant that the App will meet your particular purpose, produce expected results, be free from defects, or be available without interruption.
We are not liable for damage you incur through use of the App, except where it is caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
If these Terms constitute a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law, and the preceding disclaimer does not apply, our liability is limited to ordinarily foreseeable damage and to the amount you paid us for the App.
This Article does not limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
If you are a minor, please use the App with the consent of a parent or other legal representative. The same applies to in-app purchases.
We may change these Terms in response to changes in law or to the App's content. We will post the revised Terms on this page and change the last updated date. If you use the App after the change, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute between you and us concerning the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
The preceding paragraphs do not deprive you of protection you receive as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
