Getting the picture is the play
These are not 15 filters. They are 15 cameras. The controls you touch first change with every one.
Set the distance
Align the double image. Join the split vertical line. Hold to lock focus. If you do not finish the adjustment, the picture stays out of focus.
Choose the light
Turn the shutter-speed dial and match the needle. A setting you miss stays missed in the photograph.
Wait for development
Nothing appears the moment you press the shutter. Pour the solution. Wait for the card to emerge. Keep your hands off until the image comes up.
15 cameras
They are named for their eras. None recreates a particular product.
Only the 2026 camera lets you choose its base era, grain, vignette, and photo shape.

A fair warning
There is waiting. You cannot take every photo right away. Focus can miss, and the camera can shake. The 1827 camera needs to sit by a window while you hold it steady with two fingers.
Even unsuccessful photos remain. That is part of why we made it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it for free?
You can try every one of the 15 cameras for one photo per camera per day, free of charge. They reset when the date changes. For unrestricted use, buy an individual camera you like as a one-time purchase, or buy all 15 together as a one-time purchase.
How much does it cost?
There are two one-time purchase options: buy the 14 cameras through 2008 individually, or buy all 15 together. Buying all 15 together is a much better value than buying the 14 cameras individually. Only the all-15 purchase gives you unrestricted use of the 2026 Custom camera. Please see the App Store for the current price. There is no subscription.
Can I use it offline?
Yes. The app contains no code that communicates over a network, and no account registration is required.
Where do my photos go?
They stay on your device. A photo is added to your photo library only when you choose to save it. Nothing is sent anywhere, and there is no automatic upload.
How is this different from a filter app?
The difference is in the operation, not just the image. Each of the 15 cameras has its own sequence for winding, focusing, and development, so the motions that make a picture are different.
Does it use real cameras?
No. It does not recreate particular products or models. These are 15 original cameras for this app, rebuilt around the ways photographs were taken in different eras.

1. Information We Handle
This app does not collect your information. Photos you take are processed on your device and are added to your device's photo library only when you choose to save them.
2. Transmissions
This app contains no code that communicates over a network. It does not send photos, operation history, or device information to us or to any third party. It does not automatically upload to the cloud. It works offline.
3. Automatic Collection, Analytics, and Advertising
We do not include analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or tracking mechanisms. The App Store privacy label states that no data is collected.
4. In-App Purchases
Unlocking the 14 cameras through 2008 individually, or all 15 cameras together, is a one-time purchase. The App Store processes payment, and we do not retain payment information such as credit card numbers. Apple's Privacy Policy applies.
5. Permissions
Camera: used to take photos.
Photos, add only: used to save developed photos. We do not request permission to read your photo library.
Permissions are requested only when you use the relevant feature. Declining a permission does not prevent you from using other features.
6. Settings Stored on Your Device
Your selected camera, settings, and the date on which you used a free trial shot are stored on your device. They are removed if you delete the app.
7. Children's Privacy
This app is not directed to children under 13.

Article 1 (Scope)
These Terms of Use (the Terms) set out the conditions for using the iOS app 15cam (the App), provided by StratAIX (we, us, or our). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy on this page.
The App is provided through the App Store. The terms set by Apple also govern your relationship with Apple.
Article 2 (Nature of the App)
The App is an entertainment app for enjoying the experience of taking photographs. Its 15 cameras rebuild photographic procedures from different eras for the App; they do not recreate products or models of particular companies. Every name used in the App refers to an era.
Article 3 (Free Trial Allowance)
The App allows one free photo per camera per day. The date of use is stored on your device, and you can take another photo when the date changes. We may change this allowance at our discretion.
Article 4 (In-App Purchases)
The App sells one-time, non-consumable products through App Store in-app purchase: individual unlocks for the 14 cameras through 2008, and an unlock for all 15 cameras. There is no subscription.
The price is the price displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. A purchased item can be enabled again through Restore Purchases using the same Apple Account.
Payments, refunds, and all other procedures are governed by Apple's terms. We cannot issue refunds directly for payments completed through the App Store. This does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.

Article 5 (Photos You Take)
You decide how to handle photos taken with the App. The App only processes photos on your device, and we do not obtain them.
When choosing subjects and deciding whether to publish photos, please comply with portrait rights and other third-party rights, as well as the rules of the place where you take them.
Article 6 (Prohibited Conduct)
When using the App, you must not violate laws or public order and morals; modify, analyze, or improperly operate the App's program or stored data; obtain unintended benefits by exploiting defects in the App; or infringe our rights or the rights of third parties.
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in the App and its programs, images, audio, text, and design belong to us or the rightful owners. You must not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly transmit them beyond personal use.
You may capture or record the App's interface and distribute or post those recordings, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. However, do not represent the App as having been made by anyone other than us.
Photos taken with the App belong to you.
Article 8 (Changes, Suspension, or Discontinuation)
We may change the App's content or suspend or discontinue its provision without prior notice to you. We are liable for damage caused to you as a result only to the extent set out in the following Article.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
We do not warrant that the App will meet your particular purpose, produce expected results, be free from defects, or be available without interruption.
We are not liable for damage you incur through use of the App, except where it is caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
If these Terms constitute a consumer contract under the Consumer Contract Act or other applicable law, and the preceding disclaimer does not apply, our liability is limited to ordinarily foreseeable damage and to the amount you paid us for the App.
This Article does not limit or exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
Article 10 (Use by Minors)
If you are a minor, please use the App with the consent of a parent or other legal representative. The same applies to in-app purchases.
Article 11 (Changes to These Terms)
We may change these Terms in response to changes in law or to the App's content. We will post the revised Terms on this page and change the last updated date. If you use the App after the change, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Any dispute between you and us concerning the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
The preceding paragraphs do not deprive you of protection you receive as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
