StratAIX Website Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 19, 2026
Last updated: August 19, 2026

StratAIX ("we," "us," or the "Operator") respects users' privacy. We handle information relating to users in connection with the website provided at strataix.net (the "Site") in accordance with this Policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to use of the Site. It does not apply to the applications provided by the Operator. The handling of information by each application is governed by the separate privacy policy published on its product page.

2. Operator Information

3. Information We Collect

The Site has no forms, login functionality, e-commerce functionality, or payment functionality. We do not ask users to directly enter their name, email address, or payment information through the Site. Purchases of, and payments for, applications are completed in the App Store.

3.1 Analytics Information Through Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-12BFEWVRN3) to measure use of the Site. Depending on use, Google Analytics may collect or process the following information:

The Site does not use Google Analytics to obtain users' names, addresses, telephone numbers, or email addresses by asking them to enter such information.

3.2 Language Preferences

The Site stores the display language selected by a user in the browser's localStorage. The only information stored is a language code. The keys, purposes, and retention periods are shown in Section 5.

3.3 Access Logs of Hosting Providers

The Site is delivered using GitHub Pages and Cloudflare. These providers may process access logs for delivery of the Site, security, and incident response. Access logs may include an IP address, the date and time of access, the requested URL, information about the browser or device, and error information.

3.4 Inquiries

If a user sends an inquiry to an email address listed in Section 15, we receive the email address, name, inquiry content, and other information included in the email. We use this information to respond to the inquiry.

4. Purposes of Use

We use collected information for the following purposes:

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The Site uses the following Cookies and localStorage. All values stored in localStorage are language codes only.

Users can delete or disable Cookies or localStorage through their browser settings. However, if localStorage is deleted or disabled, the display-language preference will not be retained.

For users in EEA member states, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Google Analytics Cookies are neither stored nor read under the settings described in Section 10.

6. Analytics Tools

We use Google Analytics 4 provided by Google LLC. The retention period for Google Analytics event data is 14 months.

We do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics.

Google's terms and privacy policy govern Google's handling of information through Google Analytics. Users can disable measurement by Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics opt-out add-on provided by Google.

7. Advertising

Some pages of the Site include a Google AdSense loader (Publisher ID: ca-pub-7018374006710584).

We have not passed Google AdSense review. Therefore, as of the last-updated date of this Policy, no advertisements are served on the Site. The AdSense loader itself is nevertheless loaded even when advertisements are not being served.

If we begin serving advertisements, we will update this Policy to reflect the actual processing.

8. Disclosure to and Entrustment of Third Parties

Except where permitted by law, we do not sell collected information. To the extent necessary to operate the Site, we transmit information to, or entrust its handling to, the following providers.

We may disclose information where necessary to respond to a legally based disclosure request, protect the rights or safety of a user or third party, or respond to misconduct.

9. International Transfers

The providers in Section 8 are located in the United States. Accordingly, information collected or processed in connection with use of the Site may be processed in the United States.

Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The scope and validity of that certification can be checked in the Data Privacy Framework List of Participants.

Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, providing personal data to a third party in a foreign country generally requires the individual's consent. However, a statutory exception, entrustment, or other handling may apply. We handle transmissions of information to each provider in accordance with Articles 27 and 28 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.

10. Users in the EEA, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland

10.1 Consent Mode v2

For 32 regions—30 EEA member states, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland—the Site uses Google Consent Mode v2. In these regions, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage are all set to denied. ads_data_redaction is also set to true.

Because analytics_storage and the three advertising-related signals are denied by default in these regions, Google Analytics Cookies are not stored or read. The Site has no consent banner, and this default is not changed.

The Google tag itself is nevertheless loaded. Under Google Consent Mode specifications, cookieless pings regarding consent status, page loads, or events, and limited technical information may be sent to Google. The limited technical information may include date and time, user agent, referrer, consent status, a random number generated per page, and whether advertising-click information is present.

10.2 Legal Bases Under the GDPR

We rely on the following legal bases for each type of processing.

The legitimate interests we pursue are to provide the Site safely and reliably and to understand, at an aggregate level, whether content offered in multiple languages is actually being read, so that it can be improved. In these regions, we do not assign identifiers through Cookies, serve advertisements, personalize advertisements, or conduct cross-site tracking.

Users may object at any time to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact details are in Section 15.

10.3 Users' Rights

Users to whom the GDPR applies may exercise the following rights against us, subject to the conditions of applicable law:

Users have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority with jurisdiction over their place of residence, place of work, or the place where they consider a GDPR infringement occurred. Contact details for exercising rights are in Section 15.

11. Users in Japan

Subject to the conditions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws, users in Japan may request notification of purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or cessation of provision to third parties of their retained personal data held by us.

Users wishing to make a request should email the contact point in Section 15. We will explain the request, the information needed to verify identity, and how we will respond. If we cannot comply with a request under applicable law, we will explain the reason.

12. Retention Periods

We retain information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of use. Google Analytics event data are retained for 14 months. Retention periods for Cookies and localStorage are shown in Section 5. Inquiry emails are retained only for the period necessary for response and recordkeeping.

Retention periods for logs or data processed by GitHub, Inc., Cloudflare, Inc., and Google LLC are governed by each provider's settings, contracts, and policies.

13. Children

The Site is not a service directed at users below a specified age. We do not provide forms through the Site to directly collect a child's name, email address, or payment information.

Where consent from a parent or legal guardian is required by law, users must use the Site after obtaining that consent.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may change this Policy in response to changes in law, changes to Site functionality, or changes in the handling of information. We will publish the updated Policy on the Site and change the last-updated date.
