Brainrot Arcade Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 12, 2026

Last Updated: September 12, 2026

StratAIX ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. We handle information about users in connection with the iOS app "Brainrot Arcade" (the "App") in accordance with this policy.

1. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to use of the App. Use of our website (strataix.net) is governed by the StratAIX Website Privacy Policy.

The App uses the App Store, Game Center, and Google's advertising services. The privacy policies of those providers apply to their handling of information.

2. Business Information

3. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information generated when you play the App only on your device. We do not send this information to our servers. We cannot view this information.

The storage locations are the App's dedicated storage area (files in the Application Support directory) and UserDefaults. These are within the App's area and cannot be read by other apps.

When you uninstall the App, this information is deleted from your device. Whether on-device data is included in an iCloud backup or similar service depends on your OS and account settings.

4. Usage Records

To improve its features, the App creates records concerning the launch of the App, the start and end of games, the display of purchase screens, and other actions. These records are stored only on your device and are not sent externally. The records do not include your name, email address, telephone number, address, or location information.

5. Advertising

The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) provided by Google LLC to display rewarded ads, which are ads that provide a reward for watching a video.

When you take an action to display an ad, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect or process the following types of information for ad delivery, impression measurement, and fraud prevention.

Google's handling of information is governed by Google's policies.

By purchasing the one-time product "Roll Around Without Ads" (Section 7), you can use the App without rewarded ads being displayed.

5.1 Tracking Permission (App Tracking Transparency)

In accordance with iOS App Tracking Transparency, the App asks for your permission to use the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you do not grant permission, the IDFA is not used. You can change this setting at any time in the iOS Settings app.

5.2 Users in the EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

In the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request your consent to the handling of information for advertising.

App Tracking Transparency (Section 5.1) is a device permission provided by Apple and is separate from the consent in this section. Both may be requested.

6. Game Center

The App uses Apple's Game Center to provide rankings (leaderboards).

If you are signed in to Game Center, the App sends your scores to Apple's servers. The information sent consists of the game identifier and score value. The App stores on your device the player identifier it receives from Apple through Game Center so that it can properly manage scores waiting to be submitted.

The App does not use Game Center Achievements.

You can sign out of Game Center and change your sharing settings from the iOS Settings app. The handling of information in Game Center is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. In-App Purchases

The App uses App Store in-app purchases. The following five products are offered, all of which are one-time purchases (non-consumable). There are no subscriptions.

All payment processing, refunds, and receipts are handled by the App Store. We do not obtain or retain credit card numbers or other payment information. The only information we receive from the App Store is the result of verifying whether a purchase is valid.

The in-app currency "Brain Juice Yen" cannot be purchased with cash. It also cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or the currency of any other service.

For sales terms, please see the Commercial Transactions Act Disclosure.

8. Information We Do Not Collect

The App does not collect the following information.

The App has no feature that communicates with our own servers. The App automatically communicates externally only when it uses the mechanisms of the respective providers for advertising (Section 5), Game Center (Section 6), and in-app purchases (Section 7).

In addition, when you open a link in the App, such as this policy or the Terms of Use, communication occurs between your device and the linked website. This communication does not include the information that the App stores on your device (Sections 3 and 4).

9. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell information we collect. To the extent necessary to provide the App, the following providers handle information.

These providers are located in the United States. Therefore, information processed in connection with use of the App may be processed in the United States or other countries. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, providing personal data to a third party in a foreign country generally requires the individual's consent, but statutory exceptions may apply. We handle information in accordance with Articles 27 and 28 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations.

We may disclose information when necessary to respond to legally required disclosure requests, protect the rights or safety of users or third parties, or address fraud.

10. Retention Period

Information in Sections 3 and 4 is stored on your device until you delete the App or erase data from the App's settings. Usage records under Section 4 are deleted from your device in order after a certain period has elapsed.

Information processed by Google LLC and Apple Inc. is retained in accordance with the policies of those providers.

11. Your Rights

Because information in Sections 3 and 4 is stored only on your device, you can delete it at any time by deleting the App or erasing data from the App's settings.

If GDPR applies to you, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, subject to the conditions of applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority that has jurisdiction over your place of residence, workplace, or the place where you believe an infringement occurred.

If you are in Japan, you may request notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of third-party provision, subject to the conditions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws.

If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will explain the content of your request, the information needed to verify your identity, and how we will respond. If we cannot fulfill a request because we do not hold the information on your device, we will explain why.

For advertising-related information held by Google, please use the settings and contact channels provided by Google.

12. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. The App is not included in Apple's Kids Category. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided information through the App, please contact us at [email protected].

13. Changes to This Policy

We may change this policy in response to changes in laws and regulations, changes to the App's features, or changes to the handling of information. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the Last Updated date.
